A custom panel for managing cloud servers and storage. It was built so that the entire lifecycle of an instance, from order through payment to a running machine, happens without an administrator touching anything.
What the panel does
- Automated server provisioning once a payment clears, with no human in the loop.
- Online payments through CashBill and card payments through SumUp.
- A virtual wallet per user, with a full transaction history.
- Automated invoicing: the document is issued the moment payment is recorded.
- Fair-usage monitoring scripts that flag instances exceeding their purchased allowance.
- Two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator.
- Instance add-ons: CPU, RAM and disk space, purchasable independently.
- OVH API integration and transactional email delivery through Sendgrid.

What the rollout showed
The biggest time saving does not come from the panel itself but from removing the manual steps between a payment and a working machine. Every such step adds delay and room for error, which turns into a real support cost across a few hundred instances.
