What data is collected

The site contains no contact forms and no registration mechanism. Personal data reaches the controller only when a visitor chooses to send an email or place a call.

The server hosting this site records standard access logs required for its secure operation.

  • the IP address the connection originated from
  • the date and time of the request and the requested resource
  • the server response code and the amount of data transferred
  • browser and operating system information (the User-Agent header)

Cookies

The site uses no cookies for marketing, analytics or profiling. It also embeds no third-party maps, videos, remotely hosted fonts or social media widgets.

For that reason no cookie consent banner is displayed, because there is no consent to ask for.

Legal basis and purpose

Server logs are processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely ensuring the security and correct operation of the service.

Data shared in correspondence is processed in order to respond and, where applicable, to conclude and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Retention period

Server logs are retained for as long as needed for diagnostics and security, and no longer than 12 months.

Business correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by accounting rules and limitation periods for claims.

Recipients of the data

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be entrusted only to infrastructure and email providers, to the extent necessary to deliver the service and under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

Data subjects have the following rights:

  • the right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • the right to erasure or restriction of processing
